These Messaging Terms apply to text messages (SMS) exchanged between Smithbrook, LLC and clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive texts.
Program description
Smithbrook advisors use text messaging for one-to-one, conversational communication with clients and prospects — including scheduling and confirming meetings, account servicing, document follow-ups, and general relationship communication. We do not use text messaging for marketing or promotional campaigns.
Consent
By providing your mobile number to your Smithbrook advisor and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of our advisory services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with your advisor.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile information or SMS consent to third parties.
